Why our feedback is important to us
After our merger, we asked residents how they use social media and what they’d like to see from our Facebook, X, and Instagram channels in the future. Based on your feedback, we refreshed our approach, offering more tailored content and making it more engaging with a greater focus on video content.
Now, a year on, we’d love to hear what you think! Your feedback will help us ensure we’re on the right track and allow us to make improvements, if needed.

This competition is being run by Southern Housing. To enter, you must complete the social media survey between 26 March 2025 and midnight on 30 June 2025. One entry per person. One winner will be drawn at random and will receive a £50 Amazon voucher. The winner will be notified via email by 31 July 2025. We have the right to withhold the prize if you are a Southern Housing resident with outstanding issues on your tenancy. This competition is not open to those employed Southern Housing and their families, or those working with or on behalf of the organisation.
