We’ve been working hard to delivery energy efficiency work to our homes in Surrey, Kent, London, Sussex and the Isle of Wight.

As one of the largest housing associations in the UK, we've a responsibility to be proactive on sustainability. That's why we've committed to ensuring 80% of our homes reach EPC band C by 2025.

Our Energy Efficiency Retrofit Programme sets out the number of homes we need to improve each year up to 2030. We work together, so work fits in with existing plans to replace and upgrade components in your home.

Since April 2024 we have 310 measures in 137 homes. The measures we’ve installed include:

We’ve been working closely with our retrofit assessors Ambue Ltd, who complete our in-depth energy surveys and pull together the designs for energy measures that are required.
The Retrofit Delivery Team have been working with their installers Chas Berger, AD Construction Group, Domna/Warmfront, Luxion/Utilita and EcoAproach to complete all the work.
We’ve met and explained the benefits of the energy efficiency work with over 100 residents, and they have been very engaged in the process.
