Have you seen the viral ‘crookie?’ This cookie dough stuffed croissant is an outrageous mash up that we just had to try!
You’ll need;
- A pack of butter croissants
- A roll of room temperature cookie dough (home made or shop bought)
Instructions
- Slice your croissants in half, ensuring not to cut all the way through
- Slice the cookie dough into slices and put some inside the halved croissants, and some smaller pieces on top, pressing them down slightly
- Bake in the oven on 180, or 160 fan, for around 10-12 minutes
- Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
