We’re investing in our services
We want to design our services to suit your needs, so we’re investing in our teams and upgrading our systems to improve our services to you. Part of this will be looking at the systems we use to enable our teams to help you.
With that in mind, we're excited to announce we're investing in a new contact centre system. The new solution will give you more choice of how to contact us, whilst providing a consistent service across all channels, including: phone, email, social media, and webchat.
The great news is, this means:
• A more consistent service no matter how you contact us
• We'll deal with your query faster thanks to a more streamlined service with some automation
• We'll have faster access to your records so you wont be hanging on!

Please be reassured we're not removing any methods of contact, but increasing the choice you have, so you can contact us how you prefer to.
We're aiming to go live with the new system at the end of 2024 and we'll share further updates in the meantime.
