We’ve a new contractor who will be delivering repairs and maintenance services in our London region.
Our existing contracts with United Living and Wates end on 3 June 2024. From this date, Axis Europe will take over the repairs and maintenance services. You can find out more information about Axis Europe on their website.
Residents were a part of the process
We involved residents in the tendering and award process for this new contract. This meant the final decision was based on the lived experiences of residents, as well as the technical knowledge of our colleagues.
We’ve also been collecting feedback about the previous contracts and will be using this to shape the new service you receive.
