We’re committed to providing a safe working environment for both staff and contractors.
Sadly, our staff are sometimes subjected to shouting and abusive language when speaking to our residents. We’ve a zero tolerance for any incidents which cause hurt, alarm, damage or distress to our teams.
We’ve a right to end communications with anyone who is verbally or physically abusing a member of our staff or one of our contractors. This could even result in enforcement action being taken against anyone committing abuse.
Please remember to always treat our staff with the same respect that you’d expect to receive.
