St Helena resident, Sarah, took home a trophy, following her performance at the Isle of Wight’s Music, Dance and Drama Festival.
Talented performer, Sarah, danced her way into the competition, which attracts around 2000 entries, and was delighted to be recognised at the Island’s annual event.
Sarah placed second in both of her solo performances, in street dance and ballet. And for her excellent performances in the show, she was awarded the Juliet Roberson trophy, for the love of dance.
Sarah regularly puts on her dancing shoes, taking part in the First Act shows, which are also held at Shanklin Theatre.
When she’s not performing, Sarah volunteers at the theatre as an usher, helping to build her confidence around others. Well done, Sarah!
