This year’s annual review for Southern Housing has been produced and designed around the theme of ‘moving forward together’.
The review covers our performance from April 2022 to March 2023. The content has been drawn together to cover the work of Optivo and Southern Housing Group from April 2022 to December 2022. And then the newly merged organisation from December 2022 to March 2023.
The review highlights some of the organisation’s achievements throughout the year, whilst also acknowledging some of the challenges we’ve faced. We’ve shared resident stories via a number of resident case studies. Our Resident Communications Group also had input into the final report.
