In August, we shared details of proposed transfer plans with Crown Simmons Residents. The plans involve transferring the homes and tenancies of Rosemary Simmons Memorial Housing Association Limited to Southern Housing.
We also gave an opportunity for all Crown Simmons residents to share their thoughts and feedback on these proposals. Thank you to everyone who took the time to reply, there was a 6% response rate.
We’re now collating these responses into a formal report that will go to the Crown Simmons Board in December for consideration. In the meantime, we’ll share a further update with you to answer your frequently asked questions about the transfer.
