Our resident Richard has excelled at his first-time dressage, competing alongside other seasoned riders at Lake Farm Riding School where he works as a volunteer.
Richard proved he wasn’t horsing around, as he managed to finish in fourth place in only his second dressage competition, with a score of eight points.
There were five dressage competitions over the summer and on the final day, Richard’s efforts were rewarded again. He was presented a ‘highly commended’ rosette as the judges felt Richard had performed exceptionally well throughout his first dressage.
Richard is already looking forward to competing next year!
