Delivering sustainable home improvements to residents in Surrey

We know how important it is to have a warm, comfortable home where our residents can thrive. That’s why we’re investing in a retrofit programme to improve energy efficiency – bringing 80% of homes up to EPC band C by this year.

The work involves installing solar panels, heat pumps, and insulation as well as improving ventilation. And it’s great to see how much of a positive impact it’s having on our residents’ lives.
