What you need:
Serves 2
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Around 300g tomatoes
- Small red onion
- 2-3 slices of leftover bread (sourdough works well, any leftover crusty bread will do)
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- Few leaves fresh basil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Italian style seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste.
