Eligibility

To be eligible to join us as a Resident Governance member, you must:

Be a Southern Housing resident living in general needs, supported housing, independent living, CQC care home, shared owner, or homeowner (formerly Optivo or Southern Housing Group now known as Southern Housing)
Be aged 18 years or older
Be named on a Southern Housing tenancy as a tenant or be named on a Southern Housing lease (formerly Optivo or Southern Housing Group now known as Southern Housing)
Not be an employee of Southern Housing.
