Southern Housing is a new housing association that formed in December 2022 following the merger of Optivo and Southern Housing Group (SHG).
We are still in the process of integrating our internal systems. This means that at the moment the contact details and online services you need to use to get in touch with us will depend on who used to manage the home you want to talk to us about; either Optivo or SHG.
