Emergency heating this winter

If you are experiencing any issues with your heating or hot water, please contact K&T directly. They will aim to attend your property within four hours. If they are unable to resolve the issue immediately, we have a supply of oil radiators for use in emergencies.

Southern Housing is a newly formed organisation and one of our key objectives is to listen and act on resident feedback. We’re unable to alter the past, but we can change the future.

  • Your Home Ownership Manager is Sarcha Abbott. Contact her via our Service Centre on 0300 303 1061 or service.centre@southernhousing.org.uk weekdays between 10 am and 4pm. For out-of-hours queries, you will be forwarded to our out-of-hours team. 
  • Heating and hot water is managed by K&T heating. They can arrange an engineer to attend and will have a supply of temporary heaters on site if required: 0800 193 0300 · SHG@KTheating.co.uk
  • You can use your online account to book repairs, make payments, update your account, contact us or access services.

We'll be holding resident consultations every three months at the Sales and Marketing Suite, Bow River Village, from 6pm:
