IT Acceptable Use Policy
This policy covers the security and use of all our information and IT equipment (e.g. use of email, internet, voice, and mobile equipment) at Southern Housing.
Everyone has a role to play in keeping our systems and data safe. Although we have centralised controls in place to minimise potential damage to our systems and data, these can only go so far.
This policy applies to:
- Employees (permanent and temporary, work placement candidates)
- Board and Committee members
- Resident Governance members
- Contractual third parties
- Consultants
- Agents (who access our internet services and IT equipment).
