Online
You can use your Online Account to check your rent account and make payments, book and manage repairs, update your tenancy information, access online services and use our contact forms.
Alternatively you can contact us online by emailing us at service.centre@southernhousing.org.uk. Or those looking to report a repair can do so using our online repairs tool.
Telephone
If you need to get in touch with us we're here to help. Our standard office hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm *. Outside of these hours we run an out-of-hours service for emergencies only.

Please note: We're aware of a problem affecting some of our telephone lines. Some callers are finding that there's a period of silence at the very start of the call (lasting 30 to 40 seconds). If this happens to you please continue to hold and your call will eventually get connected to us as normal.
