We’re one of four landlords working with Sheffield Hallam University on a new research project.
The research is looking at the tenancy experiences of social housing tenants across England, in particular their experiences of paying rent.
Interviewers from a company called Qa Research will be surveying selected Southern Housing residents. You’ll be contacted if they’re visiting your area. All residents will be given the chance to opt out if they don’t want to take part.
The findings will be used by landlords across the country to help tenants to stay in their homes where they’re experiencing difficulties paying their rent.
The research is funded by the independent charity, The Nuffield Foundation.
