Our development of 74 homes in Newhaven, East Sussex, is in the final stages of the build programme, with work progressing well.
Working with constructor, Thakeham, we’re delivering mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom maisonettes, with a commercial space for the community and arts space on the ground floor.
The Clifton Road development will bring some much-needed affordable housing to the area, with all homes available for social rent.
The development is split into two blocks, with the front of the building designed to mirror the terraced houses on the street. It’s situated close to the River Ouse, with upper apartments boasting a great view of surrounding countryside and out into the port of Newhaven.
We’ve a long and proud history of providing homes in East Sussex and the Newhaven development enables us to extend our presence and create more thriving communities.
