This means we’ll regularly check and repair your home to make sure it is free from serious hazards that could affect your health and safety. If you notice any risks in your home, we take these seriously and will act swiftly to resolve them

Please note, it’s important to keep your home clean, clutter-free and free of fire hazards, so our team and contractors can carry out inspections and repairs safely and effectively. Read more here about your tenancy agreement.
