Residents at Sandham, one of our homes that supports residents facing homelessness, rose to a frighteningly fun Halloween challenge, when faced with a carving competition recently.
Spirits were lifted with a spooktacular Halloween party, filled with dancing, food, fun and games and, of course, a very competitive carving competition.
Partygoers spent hours working on their creepy creations and were rewarded with some gourd-geous designs indeed!
Each of the pumpkins surpassed expectations, however, the top three really stole the show. Marti took third place, whilst Sian bagged second with her Corpse Bride inspired pumpkin. In first place, the grand prize went to Neil, who wowed everyone with his incredible blu-tak model of a homeless man nestled inside his award-winning pumpkin.
Well done everyone!
