- Wednesday 25 December and Thursday 26 December - closed (accepting emergency calls only)
- Friday 27 December - 9am to 5pm
- Saturday 28 December and Sunday 29 December - closed (accepting emergency calls only)
- Monday 30 December – 9am to 5pm
- Tuesday 31 December – 9am to 3pm
- Wednesday 1 January 2024 - closed (accepting emergency calls only)
Our normal hours return from 9am on Thursday 2 January 2025.
Emergency Repairs: If you have an emergency outside of the above times over the festive period, such as severe flooding, an uncontainable leak, gas leak, complete electrical failure or lift breakdown, please call us (details below).
How to contact us
Southern Housing formed in December 2022 following the merger of Optivo and Southern Housing Group (SHG). We are still in the process of integrating our internal systems. This means that at the moment the contact details and online services you need to use to get in touch with us will depend on who used to manage the home you want to talk to us about; either Optivo or SHG.
