As part of the project the researchers want to analyse telephone conversations with our residents. They’re particularly interested in the calls to our Income Team.
At Southern Housing we already monitor calls for training purposes and we make you aware of this when you call us.
But if you don’t want the researchers to listen to the recording of your call, you simply need to tell us at the beginning. We’ll then make sure the call isn’t included in the research.
It’s your choice and you don’t have to give any reason.
All calls accessed by the researchers will be written up but kept completely anonymous and no personal or sensitive information will be shared.
