Residents are at the heart of what we do. That’s why we’re incredibly proud to have achieved the Scrutiny Assured Quality Mark from TPAS, The Tenants Participation Advisory Service, with a pass mark of 94%.
We’re the first Housing Association to be awarded the award for areas of excellence and good practice in our approach to scrutiny function.
Resident scrutiny aims to give residents more power in holding their housing association or landlord accountable for their decisions, performance and conduct.
The quality mark shows we’re meeting a clear set of standards in our work with resident engagement and involvement.
In the last year alone, we’ve listened and acted upon the views of our residents in areas such as building safety, customer promise and damp and mould.
Samantha Fagg, Resident Scrutiny Manager, said:
“To be awarded the Scrutiny Assured Quality Mark is a fantastic achievement, and to be the first Housing Association to receive this makes it even more special.
A huge thank you to all our residents who’ve taken part in a Resident Scrutiny project, and those who were part of the assessment”,

From completing a survey for the Resident Scrutiny Panel, or becoming an involved resident, we’re always looking for more residents to get involved to shape the services they receive.
We current have four spaces for residents to join us on our board. Find out more here.
We’re incredibly proud of this achievement and look forward to continuing our amazing work with you into 2025.
